Refund policy

Rarely do we get returns from our customers, for they understand that the beauty of handcrafted products lies in the little imperfections here and there. Please be mindful before placing the final order, as cancelling the order after placing it will not be possible. Though, if you ever wish to exchange our product, please follow the steps mentioned below.

In case you find any form of damage in the product, or you face any problem with the sizes, kindly email us at info@meghmalhaar.com stating clearly the issue in full detail, along with a picture, within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will either send a replacement of the product to you or provide an exchange for another product of the same value.

Please note: We do not offer refunds.

Products purchased from our physical stores, exhibitions, or on sale do not qualify for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@meghmalhaar.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. A replacement courier will be sent on receipt of the returned product. This might take anywhere from 8–12 days.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items: Certain types of items might not be eligible for exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Sale: Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for any exchange of any kind.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange for the current item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
